"My personal experience: I got a flat tire going over to the nursing home to visit my wife. Mobility issues were an issue for me. Called Spencer because I had roadside assistance. I was told by one of his associates there was a problem with the internet and Apps that day. Spencer drove to where I was and changed the flat tire for me. Spencer went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out! So like a Good Neighbor Spencer was there! Thanks again Spencer!"

"The lack of communication with this location is beyond frustrating. I told them about my hard of hearing and they took advantage of that. I’ve it in texts of what I was told and they didn’t follow through. I like State Farm , but this location has treated me poorly."

"Amazing office to work with! Everyone i have spoken with has been very nice. Daisy was able to assist us to move Home & Auto She spoke spanish as well which was a bonus!
