"My experience with this office has honestly been awful. After being a customer for a year, I have decided to move to another insurance agency. After using my Emergency Roadside one time, I was told I would no longer have the benefit for overuse. I asked if that would lessen my monthly payment and no on replied. I called and left a voicemail on 4 separate occasions, and finally had to reach out to Spencer directly, who said he had no record of me reaching out. Not sure if there is a miscommunication within the office, but as the customer I should not have to worry about inner office dynamics and procedures. After giving them another chance, I informed them I was buying a new car. The rates they were offering for my new vehicle were astronomically higher than every other policy I got quoted on. Which I did about 6. I messaged them to see if they would work with me and the response I got was, "You can cancel at any time." So I did. I emailed Spencer, I texted the help line, and I called to confirm cancellation. They still continued to charge my card for the policy, while also sending me a notice I was uninsured. Once again, I emailed Spencer, no reply. I texted the front desk and they said "I am not seeing anything due on your account." That was not my concern. I was overcharged, not undercharged. They are now telling me it is the billing departments issue, and they cannot help me. Right before the holidays. My experience with this office has been frustrating, stressful, underwhelming, and honestly severely unorganized and neglectful. The lack of communication and task completion is really worrisome when putting something as important as your financial and physical safety in their hands. To those in car insurance sales, us customers may just be numbers and sales. To us customer who have been in an accident before, we know that these policies are the difference between being able to eat and stay sheltered if anything horrible happens. I don't think this office understands the gravity and seriousness of their services, and if they do they don't seem to care much."

"Unfortunately I have to update my 5 star review they insisted I did when signing..... Kara and her team with Spencer Burnside initially reached out to me to offer me a quote, either by phone or mail. It was good timing as my policy was about to renew, and offered me a cheaper rate than what I could find elsewhere. I went ahead and accepted the car insurance plan, and things seemed great. Fast forward a few weeks, I get a letter stating my policy will be cancelled due to a minor car accident and a speeding ticket from years prior. This information was not only disclosed at time of signing, but confirmed by them. It has never deterred me from getting insurance in the past. And what's worse, they didn't even give me the courtesy of a phone call to notify me of the situation or discuss my options. When I reached out and spoke to Hailey about the situation she seemed as surprised as me and said it was the first they were hearing about it. She tried to dispute it, but I received an email from Kara shortly after offering a $480 /month policy. That's a $230 difference and absolutely atrocious. The cherry on top is now that I'm trying to go back to my previous insurance, my rates are even higher since I cancelled. I appreciate the kind customer service, the girls really were delightful. But this situation was easily avoided and left me paying more money than if they never talked me into switching to them to begin with."
